COMMUNICATION WITH PLANNING COMMISSION:

According to Town Hall, all formal correspondence and comments for the Planning Commission are incorporated in the Commission’s minutes and archived as part of the Town’s public records. This includes verbal comments recorded at public meetings, emails, letters and petitions. The public shall forward all “formal correspondence” to Town Staff (identified below) to ensure it is made a part of public records.
